These terms explain how ALMOND orders, payments, fulfilment, digital products, and memberships work.

Business Identity

ALMOND is the customer-facing brand of Almond Sweet Boutique.

Orders

An order is accepted when payment is completed and ALMOND confirms the order. Product availability, dates, and fulfilment options can vary by product and production schedule.

Handmade Variation

ALMOND products are handmade in small batches. Colour, flavour selection, decoration, size, and presentation may vary slightly from photos or previous orders.

Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. ALMOND does not store full card details.

Fulfilment

Checkout shows the available fulfilment options for your cart. These may include collection, Edinburgh delivery, UK postal delivery, or digital delivery.

Allergens

ALMOND products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including nuts, eggs, milk, soya, sesame, peanuts, and gluten traces. Customers with allergies should contact ALMOND before ordering.

Digital Products

Digital recipe cards, classes, and downloads are for the purchaser's personal use unless stated otherwise. Do not share, resell, republish, or distribute paid digital files.

Almond Club

Almond Club is a paid membership for recipe content, guides, templates, and community support. Stripe-backed members can manage renewal through their account where available.

Problems With an Order

If something is wrong, contact ALMOND as soon as possible with your order reference and photos where relevant.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
