Returns & Refunds

We want every ALMOND order to arrive as expected. Because many products are fresh, made to order, personalised, or digital, returns are handled carefully and case by case.

Fresh Macarons and Cakes

Macarons, cakes, and other fresh bakes are perishable and are normally not returnable once prepared, collected, delivered, or dispatched.

Custom and Personalised Orders

Custom boxes, event favours, towers, personalised packaging, tags, colours, and other bespoke work may not be cancellable once production or preparation has started.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact ALMOND as soon as possible with your order reference and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review the case and help with a suitable solution.

UK Postal Orders

Because postal macarons are delicate and perishable, we cannot usually accept returns. If something arrives damaged or wrong, contact us quickly with photos so we can review it.

Digital Downloads

Digital recipe downloads are normally non-refundable once accessed or downloaded. If a file is faulty, missing, or inaccessible, contact ALMOND and we will help restore access or provide the correct file.

Almond Club

Cancelling Almond Club stops renewal. Access normally remains active until the end of the current paid period, and the current paid period is not automatically refunded.
