About founder

Hello! I am Julia, and macarons are my passion.

My name is Julia Cherenkova, and I am a pastry chef who handcrafts each macaron under the ALMOND brand in my home bakery.

I have spent eight years perfecting this delicate dessert, experimenting with different recipes to unlock its secrets.

ALMOND macarons are made using my own low-sugar recipe, based on 100% almonds, with a delicate filling crafted from the finest French Cacao Barry chocolate.

They have captivated hundreds of customers, many of whom consider them the best in town and recommend them for life's most important moments.

INGREDIENTS: Coconut cream, double cream (MILK), passion fruit purée, White Chocolate Zephyr (MILK, SOYA), coconut paste, mango purée, cocoa butter, coconut flakes, milk chocolate (MILK, SOYA), dark chocolate (SOYA), sugar, glucose syrup, pectin NH, lemon juice, bed gelatine, salt. 🫐 Blueberry A delicate whipped blueberry ganache paired with an explosive fruit centre made from blueberry purée and a whole fresh blueberry. Pure blueberry flavour from the first bite to the last. INGREDIENTS: Blueberry purée, double cream (MILK), White Chocolate Zephyr (MILK, SOYA), fresh blueberries, blackcurrant purée, sugar, glucose syrup, beef gelatine, lemon juice, pectin NH, cocoa butter, lemon zest, salt, food colouring for shells (blue). ❤️ Raspberry A smooth whipped raspberry ganache enriched with raspberry purée and a vibrant raspberry centre made with fresh raspberries and raspberry purée.
