Bright, juicy and full of tropical flavour, all inside a crunchy chocolate shell. 🥥 Coconut Passionfruit
A silky whipped coconut ganache with a coconut cream with coconut flakes and a vibrant passionfruit confit. Creamy, tropical and perfectly balanced with refreshing acidity. INGREDIENTS: Coconut cream, double cream (MILK), passion fruit purée, White Chocolate Zephyr (MILK, SOYA), coconut paste, mango purée, cocoa butter, coconut flakes, milk chocolate (MILK, SOYA), dark chocolate (SOYA), sugar, glucose syrup, pectin NH, lemon juice, bed gelatine, salt.
🫐 Blueberry
A delicate whipped blueberry ganache paired with an explosive fruit centre made from blueberry purée and a whole fresh blueberry. Pure blueberry flavour from the first bite to the last. INGREDIENTS: Blueberry purée, double cream (MILK), White Chocolate Zephyr (MILK, SOYA), fresh blueberries, blackcurrant purée, sugar, glucose syrup, beef gelatine, lemon juice, pectin NH, cocoa butter, lemon zest, salt, food colouring for shells (blue).

A smooth whipped raspberry ganache enriched with raspberry purée and a vibrant raspberry centre made with fresh raspberries and raspberry purée. Bright, juicy and intensely fruity.
