A gluten-free large cookie with:

• Dough made of almond flour and a gluten-free white flour mix with added 100% pistachio paste and crushed pistachios.

• Double filling of pistachio cream and homemade raspberry jam.

• Topped with homemade pistachio praline, raspberry jam, fresh raspberries, and chopped pistachios.

Peanut & Salted Caramel:

A gluten-free large cookie with:

• Dough made of almond flour and a gluten-free white flour mix with pure 100% peanut paste and crushed peanuts.

• Filled with pure 100% peanut paste.

• Topped with homemade salted caramel, ‘salted caramel’ popcorn, and chopped peanuts.

Dark Chocolate & Cherry & Hazelnut:
A gluten-free large cookie with:

• Dough made of almond flour and a gluten-free white flour mix with aromatic French cocoa.

• Double filling of dark Belgian chocolate and homemade cherry jam.

• Topped with ganache made from milk and dark Belgian chocolate, hazelnut praline, and chopped hazelnuts.
